The village pub is within walking distance. We are ideally located for visits to Soho Farmhouse (20 mins), Diddly Squat Farm (30 mins), The Farmers Dog Pub (45 mins), Silverstone (35 mins), Daylesford Farm (30 mins), Bicester Village (25 mins) and trains to London in just under an hour! Miles of beautiful walks on the doorstep!

Quiet Countryside Escape: Comfy barn conversion

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Littlegood Lodge

Littlegood Lodge is a single storey, self catering, two bedroom cottage offering home from home comforts and a stunning view. It is located on a family run working farm, approximately 3 miles from Banbury. There is ample parking for more than one vehicle. The Lodge has full central heating plus a multi fuel stove. A cot and highchair are available on request. The front door is accessed via 3 steps but the patio door entrance only has one.
