Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ban Tai

Nabi is a wonderful host , always responsive , friendly , helpful. We loved the stay, it was perfect for the 10 days we spent there. You can tell it belongs to a thoughtful girl, she was thinking of every little thing: Tea , mosquito repellent, floating glasses, mood lights , books , basic kitchen equipment, toothbrush, toothpaste , shower gel, shampoo. The neighborhood was very good, everything was close by. The fact that the apartment has a mosquito net window on all four walls is amazing , we slept here with the best, and the nice cool breeze permeated the room at night. The Neighbor Dog Chayen is the cutest creature in the world , it made it very painful to say goodbye. Thank you Nabi for everything, we will come back to you ♥️

We felt super comfortable - the Airbnb looks so great, almost even better than in the photos :) Anna - our host - personally welcomed us on site and checked in with us and shared some useful information. The Airbnb was super clean and the kitchen super equipped. The construction workers were already very clearly audible, but we just accepted it and it really didn't bother us. It was rather exciting to watch from time to time haha :) The only drawback - the frosted glass windows in the rooms are not darkened and it is very bright in the morning. But with a sleep mask, that worked too. All in all, a great stay, great location with scooter - nothing works without it. We felt super comfortable and at home and you could never get enough of the great view!! Pool also clean, once a week even cleaning staff came and cleaned and changed beds / towels. We will be happy to come back!

A heavenly home tucked up in the tropical mountains. This was my second time staying at this beautiful AirBnB, and it is a villa I will only continue returning back to experience the perfect stay for a summer vacation. My husband and I received such wonderful attentiveness and excellent hospitality from both Patrice and his on site manager Koko. They made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment of our arrival. We loved every moment of our entire stay, with the highlight being relaxing in and by the pool.

Lovely place. Felt really warm with be bedside lamps. The bed is very comfy too. Peaceful location. Couple of late night restaurants only a short walk.

Beautiful spot, the layout of the place is perfect, it was a great home base to explore the island from. One of the best parts is lying in the hammock while watching the sunset. It's quite central and easy to go in any direction from here. Will definitely recommend!

Thank you both so much for hosting us. It was such a lovely experience. The hosts were extremely helpful and giving great local recommendations to us too. I would 1000% recommend this place for others. We wish we could've stayed longer. Make sure to get bikes to be able to go around the island, not many taxis available and this house is in a quieter more local area - so no places in short walking distance. The house is on the roadside, so you will hear scooters. Only some mosquitos at dusk and besides that no bugs around. Comfy beds and pillows too!

Wonderful place to be. Nice beach, deep water, and in the end of April very peaceful. Great restaurants close by and perfect located to explore the island. Krissy was absolutely friendly and helpful with great tips! Would love to come back!♥️

We had a great stay at Jordie apartment. It has everything you need in in the apartment for cooking and also relaxing - we would have stayed longer if we could have.

Jumpy was very nice and helpful, he gave us tips on what to visit and always answered fast over text. I don’t have one thing to complain about, great guy great Airbnb 👍🏻

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!
