Perfect and cozy place, the projector is so good, big bonus and the place looks good and clean

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

I spent a great week! Really enjoyed the place, it feels in the middle of the jungle. I also had to work a bit and wi fi was strong enough. Good mattress as well!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this villa. Secluded and peaceful, with private beach access and a lovely pool that our daughter absolutely loved. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning—perfect for celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. We mostly stayed in, only going out for food and groceries. Big C is within walking distance, and there’s a laundry shop conveniently located right opposite the house. A perfect, relaxing escape—highly recommended! Big shout out to Joanne who came in to the rescue when we had a small hiccup with the bathroom sink drain cover.

Great airbnb for a our short 4 day trip to the island. Marina was super helpful and friendly giving us amazing local recommendations and hospitality. They picked us up from the pier and brought us back when we were leaving also. There's also a number of bike rental shops right next to the airbnb which made renting a bike extremely easy. Had some slight issues with the bathroom but for a short trip it was not that big of an issue. Would highly recommend for a short trip to the island!

Booking a villa in Koh Samui can feel overwhelming since there are so many beautiful areas and so many options, but we have visited the island 3 times now and I can tell you that this is paradise!!! Look no further and book here! The views are unreal and you’re in your own private cove with an infinity pool to take it all in. Wake up and take in the stunning sunrise from your upper balcony that overlooks Koh Phangan or walk along Thongson beach just in front of you. We spent each day going back and forth between the beach and pool and there is a beach shack with food/drinks/massage/sunbeds/ and jet skiing was epic!! It’s very private and quiet, yet super central and easy to get cabs/deliveries. Manfred is an amazing host! We used the recommended chef for a private lunch and it was the best we have ever had and made the trip so special- It’s a must!! The house has everything you need, is clean, and is just a dream vacation spot so I hope if you’re reading this, you get to enjoy soon! :)

This villa is a dream!!! From the beginning, there was friendly, fast communication with Sebastian, so that everything went smoothly from pick-up at the ferry to check-in. At the villa, Sebastian and Olivia received us so incredibly friendly, we felt immediately comfortable! They even organized a scooter, which was brought directly to our front door. Great service! Everything was super clean, well-maintained and beautiful - we particularly liked the pool and the view. We would come back here anytime and highly recommend this house to anyone! :)

Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (14 and 17 years old) and we had a great time staying 5 days in koh phsngan using the house as a base to visit the island. we had our own car the house is very well located ( a bite steap at the start 😋) close to haad Yao beach with a lot of nice restaurants ( Pura Vida, Cocoloco, Buba). the team was very responsive and helpful all the time, always giving good advise on where / what to do. the pictures describing the house matches reality and the view is very beautifull ! we recommend sunset around 0630 pm , Magic !!

An unforgettable stay, eleven out of ten! I’ve stayed in many places, but this villa truly stands out as one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. The view alone is worth a million dollars, absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The villa itself is stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. What really made the stay special, though, was the host. So warm, welcoming, and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, and any small request was met with kindness and efficiency. Carines genuine joy was infectious and her attention to detail was second to none, I’m very grateful to have crossed paths with someone so special. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. Really beautiful ocean view and good restaurants just under the rooms. They were quite helpful and sorted a scooter for us. The room was great and cozy 👍🏼

We had an amazing time here! The home is so beautiful with the most amazing windows to stare at the ocean. We also got to experience some cool tropical storms from our window as well as go on morning walks and late night strolls on the beach! The hosts were very kind and the local dogs on the beach were very friendly and always walked with us whenever we were on the beach! The food at the restraunt next door is also super good! Loved this place and hope to stay again soon!

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.
