Villa vacation rentals in Ban Tai

We spent 3 days in the villa with our 2 teenagers. The villa is wonderful, the view is incredible. Everything was clean, the comfort of the rooms and bathroom was excellent and it is well equiped. If we come back to Koh Phangan we will for sure book this villa again :-)

We enjoyed staying at the villa very much and the proximity to nature was something special. We made nice trips to beaches. Johnny was very helpful and picked us up at our place.

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment! The hosts picked us up warmly at the harbor and even organized a meal for our arrival – so loving! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Especially great: The hostess provides you with all the important information about the island and is always available. Absolutely recommended – we'd come back anytime!

We got the place cheaper than the original price but after staying here for 3 nights I’d happily pay the normal price and stay again! Very peaceful place to stay, right on the beach for nice morning walks and the hosts were always responsive when messaged. Thank you!

Loved it here. Everything went smoothly. Huge open living space with plenty of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen. All the bathroom necessities. AC did the job. Outdoor space/pool was lovely. Communication was spot on. Felt private. Would recommend!

The villa was just perfect. The view is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and have their own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and the staff is super helpful. If you want to spend some time with friends or family, I strongly recommend this villa.

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful, the views to the chefs dinner was immaculate. Highly recommend to all considering Koh Samui. I would suggest getting a scooter like we did as it’s not really walking distance to much.

From booking to checkout, communication with the host was perfect. ZAK is a warm, accommodating host who provided us with his lovingly furnished house. The expression “at home away from home” is 100% true. We immediately felt at home. Absolute privacy is guaranteed, not least because of the extremely discreet housekeeping couple who took care of all our concerns. The Z-Villa has a sensational location in the quiet, pristine part of Koh Samui. We felt absolutely safe at all times. The pictures on the homepage speak for themselves! This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

Amazing experience! The villa is so beautiful and private, there was a housekeeping and cleaning every day which was great, the host took care of everything that we have asked for and gave us some great recommendations! Super close to the beautiful Malibu beach and chaloklum village. Beautiful peace of mind, we wish we could have stay longer

This accommodation is absolutely stunning, from the indoor space, outdoor space, dining seating area to the bedrooms, it did not disappoint. The Group were always at hand to assist and provide information where they could on the group chat. Nong and Tong were a blessing, we had fantastic breakfasts prepared for us (at a cost) from fresh local fruit cut and beautifully displayed, to pancakes, toast and masala beans (which we showed Tong how to make!) we are a vegetarian/vegan group and had no issues, a little communication goes a long way. The bedrooms are very spacious and all had ensuites, plus an additional guest restroom on the main floor near the entrance. The Infinity pool was a feast for the eyes with multiple striking views both near and across the island. We would recommend this to any and everyone who is looking for a gem, the location was difficult for food delivery drivers to find, but having your own private driver whilst living here is a must. Will visit again!!!!

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

We stayed at the villa as a group of 6 friends, and everyone was super comfortable — the space is well designed for a larger group. Honestly, the villa looks even better in real life than in the photos! In the mornings, the sun doesn’t hit the villa’s porch, so it’s perfect for doing yoga or just relaxing in the shade. The pool was cleaned regularly, and housekeeping came by several times during our stay, keeping everything tidy. Electricity costs came out to just over 300 THB per day, which was very reasonable. One thing to keep in mind: the road up to the villa is very steep. If you’re not experienced with riding scooters, please be extra cautious! Mathilde was incredibly kind and helpful throughout — she answered every question quickly and helped us organize transfers, making everything smooth and easy. Overall, we had a fantastic time on the island and at the villa. Without a doubt, we would love to come back again!

Booking a villa in Koh Samui can feel overwhelming since there are so many beautiful areas and so many options, but we have visited the island 3 times now and I can tell you that this is paradise!!! Look no further and book here! The views are unreal and you’re in your own private cove with an infinity pool to take it all in. Wake up and take in the stunning sunrise from your upper balcony that overlooks Koh Phangan or walk along Thongson beach just in front of you. We spent each day going back and forth between the beach and pool and there is a beach shack with food/drinks/massage/sunbeds/ and jet skiing was epic!! It’s very private and quiet, yet super central and easy to get cabs/deliveries. Manfred is an amazing host! We used the recommended chef for a private lunch and it was the best we have ever had and made the trip so special- It’s a must!! The house has everything you need, is clean, and is just a dream vacation spot so I hope if you’re reading this, you get to enjoy soon! :)

Had an excellent stay at Eyal's villa we had a great time The villa is in a great location close to Zen Beach We always responded and helped if needed In conclusion, I highly recommend the villa

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach
