Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Hello, we stayed in your apartment for a week and the truth is it was excellent, the location is very close to the subway and buses pass right in front, you also have pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes nearby, I highly recommend Café Martinez, the breakfast is delicious, the place is very quiet, you can walk at night and nothing happens. Regarding the apartment, it is just as seen in the images. For a couple it is perfect, it is comfortable, clean, tidy and you have everything you need to feel at home. It includes kitchen items in case you like to prepare something. As an extra fact, we went for our honeymoon and Liliana very kindly welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine, which we did not expect at all. Totally recommended.

I stayed at Maria's Airbnb for an entire month and I really loved it! It's an incredibly beautiful Parisian style apartment that feels so welcoming. It's an incredible experience to stay in such a comfortable, spacious, and beautiful home. And on top of that, Maria is an incredible host! So kind and helpful and she loves to give incredible advice on good places to eat and things to do. If there's a problem with the apartment, she makes sure it gets taken care of and is so pleasant. I'm very glad I stayed here and I'm glad I'll be staying a whole extra month! ♥️

The apartment is all new and very comfortable, in the area you have everything you need and the subway is close by. The owners are always available for whatever you need. I would definitely stay here again!

The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

Impeccable space and service

We had such an amazing stay! The host was super helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy for us. But hands down, the best part was the view. The terrace overlooks Avenida 9 de Julio and the Obelisco - it’s absolutely stunning and totally worth it. We spent so much time just hanging out on the terrace taking it all in. We’ll definitely be telling all our friends to stay here when they visit Buenos Aires. Can’t recommend it enough! 🤩

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
