Loft vacation rentals in Balvanera

Really enjoyed our stay here, close to everything you need and in an amazing area. Highly recommend!

Great little loft. Some important clarifications - it’s a loft apt with a second open sleeping alcove. This is not a two bedroom unit. Plenty of space and balconies let in plenty of light. Very comfortable for a couple but the sleeping alcove with the pull out bed is both very small and open to the rest of loft so not ideal for older kids or adults. 24hr friendly building security is a huge plus and helping hold on to keys and stuff so others in our party could come and go as they please. There were some missing towels and pillows, but Mirna was both responsive and able to address everything. Mirna was also very accommodating and let us check in early (important for US flights), thanks! Would definitely stay again if in town solo but now that we know the sleeping arrangements we would get a second unit for a stay with a larger family group.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Very nice stay, the apartment is as shown in the photos. Located in an easily accessible area, with dining options for all tastes. Hosts are always available to resolve concerns. Highly recommended.

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. I'll definitely be back more often! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires!

Mariana is a gracious host, and made me feel welcome and at ease in her place. I felt free to be myself. I enjoyed having her and Sebastián as my neighbors and their presence made me feel less alone. I especially enjoyed yoga on the terrace, the plants, and the little cat, Donatello. This unit did have some street noise, but I played white noise on my tablet to drown it out while I slept.

It was the second time I stayed at Raquel's place, especially for the service she offers and the space and location, which has everything a person needs: public transportation, restaurants (including vegan/vegetarian), markets, pharmacies, theaters.....whenever I can, I will stay here again, highly recommended.

Very well located apartment, close to several tourist spots, you can do a lot on foot, great restaurants around. Dolores was very attentive and always responded to us with kindness.

Great appartment to stay! With 4-5meters high ceiling the place feels spacious. Located on a street packed with great restaurants.

The apartment is comfortable and it was clean. Enough kitchen utensils. I had several doubts about the safe and the microwave. Cristian was attentive and resolved both issues promptly. The space is a bit humid because it doesn't get much sunlight, but it was fine for the 26-night stay. Excellent Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. I especially appreciated the location and tranquility. It is a very quiet apartment despite being located near a main avenue. Very grateful.
