This was a great group AirBnB! The location was great and Natalia was super responsive with any issues / inquiries we had. The kitchen is on the third floor but we didn’t really use it - so many great restaurants around! A ton of bathrooms - first floor has three of the bedrooms with each a bathroom - second floor has two rooms and one bathroom. Great stay!!!

Excellent accommodation, Horacio is a great host and a great person, he makes you feel at home from the start. The house is spacious and very nice. Very pleasant coexistence with other guests, highly recommended!

My arrival was easy from the airport, Andrea kept in touch with me and whenever I needed different kinds of recommendations she helped me. She is a very nice person, very direct (which is appreciated), respectful and kind. The common areas were very clean, the house is beautiful and so is the area. His puppy Felipe is a delight, very clean, happy and respectful. I would stay again, if it is necessary to know that the train passes literally next to the house, the first few days it is difficult to get used to the noise, but then you don't even notice it. The area is very safe!

This place is the perfect accommodation in Buenos Aires. It has an excellent location, with everything you need within a very short walking distance. The host is amazing—very friendly and professional. I loved my stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place! She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, sharing helpful local tips, preparing a bed for our toddler, and even lending us a subway card for easy transportation. The apartment has all the basics you need—no extra frills, but for the price, it’s excellent value. Plus, it’s located in Villa Crespo, a fantastic neighborhood with lots of cool shops and restaurants, all while avoiding the overly touristic vibe of Palermo. Overall, a great Airbnb experience. Perfect, first time I've noted anything on Airbnb, I didn't miss anything and I was sad to leave, I should have booked longer. First time I've seen a first aid kit in an Airbnb, it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. The neighborhood is not the best because it is very touristy but as long as you are careful everything will go smoothly. Going up the street you have a lot of good local/tourist restaurants, but the apartment itself is really amazing. You don't want to go out because you feel so good there. I was greeted by Matias' mother, she is a great person, kind and with good advice and speaks French very well which was useful to me because I speak Spanish very poorly. In short, for solo or 2 travelers it's really the best place!

The apt is centrally located. Easy to get to Palermo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira. The bedrooms are very quiet. The apt has great air conditioning. There’s a washer/dryer (ask for instructions) which was a great addition. The kitchen is large and has all you need. I highly recommend this space.

It's a very comfortable apartment, warm and in an excellent location. It's properly equipped, which allows you to feel right at home! The host communicated appropriately with us, with schedules agreed according to the needs of the moment. Very kind in everything!

It was a great and surprising experience, it is not a tourist district and that was what I found most interesting, because I ate where the Argentines eat, I was always well treated where I went, the location is great next to the subway, the accommodation with a good and cozy size. I stayed at Monica's during my stay in Buenos Aires and I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the first moment, I was greeted with a unique warmth. I coincided that I arrived on my birthday, and to my surprise, he prepared an Argentine cut to celebrate it, a gesture that I will never forget. The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.
