The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

FW Gustav - the perfect base for your Harz vacation

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The farm, which used to be completely closed, was decisively shaped by Gustav Neuhoff, the hostess's grandfather. Hence the name FW Gustav. The nearest shops are in Derenburg, 6 km away. Heudeber is a quiet village, but the nearby A36 offers quick connections to the highlights of the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg and Goslar can be reached in about 25 minutes.

Forest bungalow Fuchs and Elster

Where fox and elk, deer, badgers and raccoons meet. Where our feathered friends give you a concert - is that what draws you to the Harz Mountains? "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with stunning views. A few hundred meters away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
