You will find a spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a fully equipped study with a height-adjustable desk and a high-quality work chair. In the recreational area of the Harz foothills, right on the edge of the forest in the idyllic village of Rieder, lies Haus Hans. Lovingly built and furnished with great attention to detail, it invites 2–5 people to stay and relax in comfort. A three-sided fireplace in the dining and living area provides coziness on cold days. There are places to retreat and sleep in two cozy bedrooms, as well as an additional option on the sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is located in the center of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg. Various shopping facilities (butcher, bakery and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity. Your parking space is 2 minutes away and can be used for a fee of €8 per day. A city tax of €3 per person per night is payable upon arrival. The apartment is not rented to fitters!!! The apartment has a fireplace that is remotely controlled by us. We take care of it.

Welcome to our romantic holiday apartment in the heart of Quedlinburg’s World Heritage Site. The apartment spans two floors in a carefully restored 17th-century half-timbered house. Many original beams, walls, and historic doors have been preserved inside. A cast-iron spiral staircase leads to the attic. The interior has been lovingly designed, partly with historical furniture and partly with unique pieces crafted by a carpenter.
