Villa vacation rentals in Balkans

Honestly can't speak highly enough of our trip to this beautiful Villa. Met Nikolaos and his partner upon arrival, both very warm and friendly people who ran through the entire villa to ensure we knew how things worked and where everything was. Place was already stocked up on small items like water, fruit jam, bread, butter, fruit etc etc. The place itself is just absolutely stunning, the views you can't get enough of, the furniture and beds are unbelievably comfortable, luxury towels and bathrobes, slippers, Plenty of privacy with the main town just a short walk away. I would without a doubt recommend this villa to anyone looking for that something extra special, i know we personally would come back every year if possible. Kind Regards Ashley & Becky

Fantastic stay at the Blue Pearl. Easy check in with clear instructions The villa and pool were amazing and the kitchen and bedrooms top notch! We all loved the place and didn’t want to leave. The only criticism we have is that an outdoor shower would have been useful to easily wash off suncream before entering the pool. We had to walk through the villa wet to return to the pool after washing off sun cream, the outdoor shower would help with the wet floor issue. We give it 5 stars and will be returning on any future holidays to Kefalonia!

Where do we start? We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gerasimos and Vasiliki. You were both incredible hosts and we loved the outstanding service. The villa itself is absolutely stunning! We arrived in the last week of Oct and there no tourists around! The peace and quiet was just so perfect! We loved the weather, the pool, the views! Everything! We drove from the airport and that took about 50 mins. We loved the gate entrance and the privacy it brought with it. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise every single morning from either the balcony and by the high chairs! Absolutely stunning views. We loved the cute gift basket! Places we visited were: Poros, Skala Beach, Sami, Myrtos Beach (sunset is beautiful) and Argostoli. We highly recommend this villa to all! And we look forward to returning with our family again! Thank you so much!

Η διαμονή ήταν τέλεια! καθαρός χώρος, πολύ άνετος με εκπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη. Πολλές δραστηριότητες στην γύρο περιοχή και πολλά μέρη να φας και να περάσεις καλά με όποιον και να είσαι! Ευχαριστούμε όλοι πάρα πολύ!

הוילה מהממת, נקייה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. הנוף והשקיעות מדהימות, ומרינה מאוד נחמדה ועזרה בכל מה שצריך. המיקום שקט ופרטי באמצע הטבע, אז צריך לקחת בחשבון שההגעה קצת מאתגרת ואין מסעדות או סופרים במרחק הליכה. אם מתארגנים בהתאם זה באמת מהמקומות הכי יפים ושווים שיצא לנו להיות בהם. מומלץ בחום!

What a place! We were absolutely thrilled with this accommodation. It was better than the pictures. It’s extremely well maintained. Private, comfortable and well appointed. Dionysis was an outstanding host, he had great recommendations and was incredibly friendly and responsive. It’s in a lovely quiet location but close to all the spots. We’d definitely stay here again in the future. 100% recommend

This Villa was one of the greatest place i've ever rented. Views are amazing, everything is available nearby and it is so peaceful and quiet. It is a very comfortable place with everything one may need. The hosts are unbelievably available and make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

Lovely home right on the water. Perfect for relaxing. Very detailed instructions on how to operate anything in the home. Also has a very good guide to the local area.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

What an amazing villa in an amazing location. The house and the grounds were immaculate and extremely well equipped and the pool was lovely. Very quiet location with a few nice restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket. Easy access to Argostoli and several lovely beaches. And only 10 minutes from the airport! A wonderful holiday home.

We went with a group of 6 of us (3 couples )and we had a great time ! The home was cozy, clean and cool ! We had private massages by the pool and a chef came in and made a huge barbecue for us ! I highly recommend this and earl on in the trip to make use of leftovers !! The beds were a bit on the harder side but I personally slept well. The car services were seamless and they were eager to bring us to the store or bring small things like sugar and a coffee maker when needed ! All of the drivers were so kind and always encouraged us to stay out as long as we liked ! You should definitely go to Negrita and Interni for a good dance party! The pool was so refreshing and the home was clean ! We enjoyed movies on the comfy couch and made our own breakfast each morning!

Nadia is an amazing host and her Trullo was idyllic! It was so charming and the house and grounds were even prettier in person. Nadia is so friendly, responsive and eager to help which made for a wonderful visit to this part of Puglia. I highly recommend Nadia’s trullo and hope to come stay again! ❤️

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa mit Emin als Gastgeber. Die Villa selbst ist hervorragend – modern eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, den man so schnell nicht vergisst. Emin war ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und sich immer um unser Wohl gekümmert. Nach dem Duschen gab es leider einen leichten Abflussgeruch, was wohl auf die in der Türkei teilweise weniger fachmännisch verlegten Leitungen zurückzuführen ist – das hat unseren Gesamteindruck aber nicht wirklich getrübt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm: Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, und wer die umliegenden Touristenorte erkunden möchte, sollte sich idealerweise einen Mietwagen nehmen. Praktisch ist auch, dass man sich Essen direkt in die Villa liefern lassen kann. Insgesamt war es ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt, den wir absolut empfehlen können.

We spent 10 nights at Villa Agrili, and we enjoyed every second. The location of the property is fantastic, the house itself exactly as described. The villa is secluded at the end of a private lane. You look out into the greenery and feel the sea is close enough to touch. Panos is a very good host who helped immediately with a small problem. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein herrlicher Ort um zu entspannen und Ausflüge zum Olymp/Meteora zu unternehmen. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Our family spent a week in the Absolute Villa and could not imagine a better holiday. From the very first moment, Athina made sure that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Not only the villa itself was beautifully arranged, with an incredible sea view , an infinity pool and modern furniture but it was incredibly clean and felt like home away from home. It is very obvious that Athina has put her whole heart into creating this beautiful home. Except of the house itself, we need to say a big thank you to Athina, who is an incredibly warm, helpful and responsive host! She welcomed us at the villa with a little present and spent time to show us the map of Zakynthos and must-visit places. A big nice surprise was that the villa is located next to an amazing restaurant owned by her husband where we also were made to feel very welcome. This were great holidays and it’s all thanks to Athina and her incredible attention to detail, loveliness and hospitality. We could not recommend it more!

Ivan was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The place is amazing and Ivan made the trip even better, it’s great value for money and would recommend to anyone looking for a villa retreat with friends / family :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa en bord de mer. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : à deux pas de la plage, on profite chaque matin d’une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse ensoleillée. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui rend la détente encore plus agréable. L’équipement est complet (cuisine bien fournie, literie confortable, climatisation efficace) et on ne manque de rien. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils sur les meilleurs restaurants et spots à découvrir aux alentours. Je recommande vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui cherchent un cadre paisible et authentique pour se ressourcer au bord de l’eau.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5
