The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

The property has a double bedroom, a very large living room with adjoining double sofa bed, a full bathroom and an equipped kitchen. A few km away you will find very popular destinations (Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni beaches, Torre Canne and Monopoli)

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
