Vacation rentals with beach access in Balkans

Anna was the true definition of a 5 star host. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years and don’t think I’ve come across anyone as well structured as her. She walked us through everything from the get go and helped us book excursions and transportation with zero hassle. The property was stunning and in an excellent location. Already missing the incredible balcony views. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

10/10 - my wife and I LOVED this apartment and would stay there again in a heartbeat! The view of Old Town Dubrovnik is stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is large, modern and comfortable, with everything you need like different types of coffee (even cream and sugar!), appliances, and plenty of fresh towels and linens. The space is quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is great too with plenty of hot water and great pressure. The apartment is a very convenient ~10 minute walk to the Old Town - be prepared for steep steps as the description states, but the view makes everything worth it. Ida is kind and very helpful, even arranging a convenient taxi from the airport ( i recommend this service). Book with confidence!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

Federica was a lovely host, communicated well and constantly provided guidance and assistance throughout our stay when needed. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment was close to the port but when the doors are closed you can't hear anything and and sleep well. Lovely place to stay.

The house really has an incredible view as in the photos. The balcony is very enjoyable. It was very nice to wake up to such a view every morning. There was a clean and beautiful stony beach right in front of the house where you can sunbath and swim. It is a bit far from the city centers, but if you have a car, this is not a problem. It was in a very quiet and peaceful location. We were very pleased.

Natasha was a superb host, friendly and enthusiastic. The location of the apartment was spot on for us, far enough away from the busy old town centre but only a 10 minute walk away. the balcony view was stunning. the grocery store at the top of the stairs was very handy.

Phenomenal views. Pristine and well kept apartment. Massive sunny balcony. Air conditioners in all major rooms were excellent. WiFi is excellent. Great restaurants, bakery, small grocer and barber within 50 meters. Only caveats: 1. make sure you are ok with stairs 2. If you rent a car, street parking is the only option

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Praiano is quieter and less hectic compared to Positano and Amalfi and it was an amazing location for our few days on the Amalfi Coast. Pezz Pezz is the perfect location close to so many local restaurants and easily walkable down the steps to two beach clubs (One Fire and La Gavitella) as well as a lovely cocktail bar overlooking the sea (Cafe Mirante). La Gavitella also hosts a cooking class at their restaurant that can be accessed via the steps from the AirBnB. The hosts are very attentive to their guests and make check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The hosts were also kind enough to book a Taxi for us the evening before our departure so we could catch our ferry in Positano hassle free! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept. The views are exceptional and the surrounding area is safe and quiet. We would have loved to stay a few more days but are hoping we can make it back in the future!

We had an incredible stay at Slavin's Airbnb — undoubtedly the best location we've experienced in Europe! The place is stunning, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We spent five wonderful nights here with our two young children, and it was a truly memorable experience. Slavin was a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for families seeking tranquility and a chance to unwind, yet it's conveniently located just a short 10-15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. We highly recommend Slavin's Airbnb to families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

6 out of 5 stars:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. It may be the best of Heybeli! I plan to come again🫶🌸

Marie and Agis place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, the place was clean, quite and well designed. the space is large and lighted. the beds are comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and freindly. the beach near the apt is a bit rocky but the water are clear and wonderful. overall a hreat place to stay for a quite relaxing holiday.

The most incredible home we have ever stayed at, it felt like a dream. Mario, was a fantastic host, the house was beautifully decorated, the view was stunning, the location was 10/10. We will never forget our stay at Casa lleana, and hope to come back again!

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. There were three of us in the accommodation to visit friends in Karystos. It was all fine. A beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain, about seven minutes by car to Karystos, which is required for Euboea. The beds were very comfortable, the location very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We would like to book it again soon. :-)

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

This location is unique and we got to spend a few days as if it was ours. If you are ready to climb quite a few a few steps to the street, get your cardio on, you'll feel better about the pizza you just ate... Giuseppe was always quick to respond to any questions we had, offered good local recommendations, and helped with booking a taxi one morning.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

Perfect location for enjoying the restaurants, bars, and sights of Napoli. Also highly recommend if you're thinking about day trips to Ischia, Procida, and Capri...the ferry port/marina is only 10 minute walk from the apartment. And while the location is the 'middle of it all', the architecture of the building keeps it quiet at night...you'll barely notice you're in the center of Napoli. Also, the view from the balcony is incredible and such a wonderful way to either enjoy sunrise, or the evening light at sunset hitting Vesuvius.

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to the historic district and many restaurants. Smaller than what it seems in the pictures but comfortable for 2 people. All necessities are supplied. Host was responsive to all questions (even on a Sunday! I sent the non urgent question labeled "for Monday" but got a response on Sunday the day I sent it.). Apartment was very clean. Only two things: parking is not super close (because of the location of the apartment in the historic district) so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.......be aware that it will not be easy. This is not unique to this apartment but any location in the centro storico. We were going to be traveling a fair amount to adjacent towns on our rental car so we rented a private parking space so there was no hassle finding parking in our return from our expeditions. The other thing is that a few things in the welcoming pamphlet need to be updated. Highly recommended for a 2 person stay in Monopoli.

Excellent directions with photos to guide you through the old town to the apartment. There are stairs to navigate with luggage but hand rails and well lit with motion lights. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and cozy right in the heart of old town. So convenient for excellent restaurants and shopping. It is close to the north entrance so easier to transport your luggage when arriving and departing. If you are an early and very light sleeper the surrounding night clubs can be a little noisy at night. Not a problem for us. Would highly recommend a responsive host, beautiful apartment, and outstanding location. Five Stars!

One of the best Airbnb’s have stayed in. From the minute you walk in through the door and are greeted by the view you feel totally relaxed. Great communication from Josefa - she even managed to work round a mistake I made by booking the wrong dates. The area is so peaceful with a few local bars/restaurants within 2 min walking distance. The main resort of Marsalforn is a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was impeccably clean and we were greatful of the welcome gift Josefa left. There are so many finishing touches that Josefa puts into this place - the body wash smells divine. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thankyou Josefa for being such a super host and good luck with your next Airbnb 😊
