Questo loft che si affaccia letteralmente sul mare, si incunea fra le rocce e l’acqua cristallina, ergendosi su due livelli, dove lo sguardo si perde nell’azzurro orizzonte, inebriato da una carezzevole brezza di sale. Anticamente l’immobile era una casa di pescatori molto caratteristica e rappresentativa del luogo. Al piano terra, l’ingresso, con accesso diretto sulla spiaggetta, la cucina accessoriata e il soggiorno, con un divano letto, mentre al primo piano si trovano il bagno con vasca e la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Da ogni finestra della casa si gode una vista mozzafiato. L’arredamento è curato in ogni particolare come anche la decorazione. Nelle vicinanze posti di mare unici nel loro genere con spiagge e scogliere e rigogliosi paesaggi collinari. Durante le belle giornate d’estate è possibile organizzare una gita in gommone per scoprire le bellezze della costa da Capo Zafferano alla riserva della Formica, all’arco azzurro, alla caletta di Santa Nicolicchia, alla tonnara di Solanto. A pochi minuti a piedi si trova la fermata dell’autobus e a pochi chilometri la stazione ferroviaria di Santa Flavia collegata ogni 30 minuti con la stazione Centrale di Palermo. In cinque minuti di treno si arriva alla città delle ville, Bagheria. Ben collegata anche con la stazione della splendida località turistica di Cefalù (45 min da Bagheria). Nei dintorni il sito archeologico di Solunto, una delle colonie fenice più importanti del mediterraneo, attira appassionati di storia da tutto il mondo. A mezz’ora di auto si raggiunge la riserva naturale delle Madonie, grazie alle quali la Sicilia vi stupirà con la ricca e variegata vegetazione, i suoi paesaggi montani e le sue vette innevate in inverno e ,sopra i 1.800 metri, anche in estate. In inverno potrete godere di uno spettacolo mozzafiato grazie alle mareggiate che potrete osservare da un punto di vista eccezionale . Dotato di riscaldamento il nostro nido è piacevolissimo anche nella stagione fredda rendendolo un luogo speciale per fuggire dalla frenesia cittadina ed entrare in sintonia con la natura. Il parcheggio, per chi arriva in auto, si trova a pochi secondi da casa. Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutto l’appartamento. Siamo sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Assapora il gusto un po’ retrò di questo paesino di pescatori che ogni giorno ti offrirà del pesce freschissimo, stupisciti di fronte alla prorompenza della natura, e ammira le ville barocche che hanno ispirato scrittori e registi di tutto il mondo.
