Vacation rentals with beach access in Balkans

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! The apartment is located near the town center and is within walking distance from several amazing restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and amazing shops including a grocery store. It also has the most beautiful view! Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and during. She organized car transportation, dinner reservations, as well as a chef dinner hosted at the apartment, with several courses that were all family recipes and unique to the area of Praiano. This experience was worth every single penny! We really fell in love with Praiano. So many restaurants with the best food and very kind people, with zero crowd from the surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back someday!

Ganz süsse Unterkunft die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Der Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer war traumhaft. Zudem war es sehr ruhig. Ida war super nett und jederzeit schnell zu erreichen. Um die Treppen zur Stadt zu nehmen benötigt man definitiv etwas Fitness. Aber wir haben es auch mit unserem 3jährigen geschafft ;) Prinzipiell sollte man eh nicht mega unfit nach Dubrovnik fahren ;) Super waren auch die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Zimmern. So konnten wir sogar unser Kind tagsüber zu einem Mittagsschlaft bringen. Ein kleiner Tipp, statt die Treppen nur zur Stadt runterzulaufen, auch mal 2min nach oben laufen. Von dort hat man einen spektakulären Blick auf die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

The location and view of the house were beautiful. Just seeing that view when you wake up in the morning makes you really happy.

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

Federica was a lovely host, communicated well and constantly provided guidance and assistance throughout our stay when needed. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment was close to the port but when the doors are closed you can't hear anything and and sleep well. Lovely place to stay.

Natasha was a superb host, friendly and enthusiastic. The location of the apartment was spot on for us, far enough away from the busy old town centre but only a 10 minute walk away. the balcony view was stunning. the grocery store at the top of the stairs was very handy.

Phenomenal views. Pristine and well kept apartment. Massive sunny balcony. Air conditioners in all major rooms were excellent. WiFi is excellent. Great restaurants, bakery, small grocer and barber within 50 meters. Only caveats: 1. make sure you are ok with stairs 2. If you rent a car, street parking is the only option

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique ! Le père de Selma nous a accueillis chaleureusement, il est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. Le seul petit bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé : il faut donc se garer dans un parking public à proximité, qui est payant (environ 10€ par nuit). Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

We had an incredible stay at Slavin's Airbnb — undoubtedly the best location we've experienced in Europe! The place is stunning, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We spent five wonderful nights here with our two young children, and it was a truly memorable experience. Slavin was a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for families seeking tranquility and a chance to unwind, yet it's conveniently located just a short 10-15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. We highly recommend Slavin's Airbnb to families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

5 üzerinden 6 yıldız:) Daire çok zevkli döşenmiş, tatlı ayrıntılarla karakterli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Balkon ve manzara müthiş. Burcu çok sıcak biri ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Kedi Luna bir lokum:)) Lokasyon çok merkezi o yüzden bayramda doğal olarak biraz sokak gürültüsü vardı ama rahatsız etmedi:) Bir çok kafe restoran ve markete çok yakın, büyük avantaj. Heybeli’nin en iyisi olabilir! Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum🫶🌸

Olimme ennen kesäsesongin alkua. Muita turisteja ei montaa näkynyt. Ilmat olivat ihanteelliset. Meidän viiden hengen perheelle villa ja sen kolme makuuhuonetta oli juuri sopivan kokoinen. Oli kiva yllätys, että villalla oli myös muurattu ulkogrilli ja pizzauuni. Mutkainen pikkutie perille oli saavuttaessa pimeässä yllätys ja meinasi jo usko loppua. Olisi ollut kiva, jos joku taverna tai/kauppa olisi ollut kävelymatkan päässä. Meillä oli vain yksi kuljettaja. Viikko meni nopeasti ja kivaa oli. Suosittelemme muillekin perheporukoille.

Heaven on Earth! The accommodation is so beautiful and unique. The house is located on a mountain surrounded by nature and tranquility. It is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed every second there. The view is simply breathtaking. Alfredo is a wonderful host. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Raffaella’s place was amazing and would definitely stay again! The view was absolutely stunning and the room was very nice and clean, just what we needed. The location to meet for check in was a little confusing at first but we found her quickly. Rafaella’s brother was able to carry our luggage up and down when we came and left which was a huge help since there were so many stairs. Additionally and most importantly, my boyfriend proposed here on this beautiful balcony and I cannot thank Rafaella enough for everything she did to set up and prepare it for him. It was perfect !!

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

Was soll ich sagen? Der Kontakt zu Ileana war von Anfang an wohlwollend und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt mit ihr. Sie hat im Vorfeld schon Reisempfehlungen geschickt und ständig gefragt, ob sie irgendwie behilflich sein kann. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden im Haus. Und es war wirklich alles nach meinem Geschmack. So ähnlich würde ich auch leben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Durch die doch stärker als gedacht befahrene Straße war es manchmal ein wenig lauter durch den Verkehr. Das habe ich aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen, aber es ist mir aufgefallen, wahrscheinlich weil ich in der totalen Ruhe lebe. Ileana, ich würde wiederkommen. Danke für dieses bezaubernde Haus und Dich...

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Juwel! Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche hier. Perfekte Ausstattung auch mit Kleinkind (Geschirr, Hochstuhl, Bett). Sogar Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und makellos sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist nicht asphaltiert aber mit normalem Fahrzeug problemlos machbar. Und zu allem hin ist Romano ein sehr sympathischer, zuverlässiger und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, Nachrichten werden immer innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Frank was a very genuine and friendly Maltese local. A true gentleman. He was so informative about his lovely island. We just wish we had more time than the 2 days that we had there.

Tertemiz bir konaklama ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundular. Özellikle ön geniş balkon çok kullanışlıydı zamanınızın büyük çoğunluğunu balkonda geçirdik diyebiliriz.

This is place is great for people who love the beach . Walkable to a lot beach beach club but away from the noise. Host is very responsive and very helpful . Super clean, the Private pool with a view and the bar service is outstanding. Everything is outstanding highly recommended.

Nos encantó parar en esta propiedad, la sensación es como la de estar en un barco. Hermoso dormir con el ruido del mar golpeando el muro. Lo más increíble era despertarnos a la mañana y poder hacernos un baño en el mar con el vesubio como vista. VOLVERÍA MIL VECES. El anfitrión excelente contestaba rapidísimo y siempre estaba dispuesto a darnos su ayuda. Muchas gracias!!!

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to the historic district and many restaurants. Smaller than what it seems in the pictures but comfortable for 2 people. All necessities are supplied. Host was responsive to all questions (even on a Sunday! I sent the non urgent question labeled "for Monday" but got a response on Sunday the day I sent it.). Apartment was very clean. Only two things: parking is not super close (because of the location of the apartment in the historic district) so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.......be aware that it will not be easy. This is not unique to this apartment but any location in the centro storico. We were going to be traveling a fair amount to adjacent towns on our rental car so we rented a private parking space so there was no hassle finding parking in our return from our expeditions. The other thing is that a few things in the welcoming pamphlet need to be updated. Highly recommended for a 2 person stay in Monopoli.

One of the best Airbnb’s have stayed in. From the minute you walk in through the door and are greeted by the view you feel totally relaxed. Great communication from Josefa - she even managed to work round a mistake I made by booking the wrong dates. The area is so peaceful with a few local bars/restaurants within 2 min walking distance. The main resort of Marsalforn is a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was impeccably clean and we were greatful of the welcome gift Josefa left. There are so many finishing touches that Josefa puts into this place - the body wash smells divine. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
