Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Balestrate

We had a great time at Filippo's place. Her apartment has a very authentic charm, the terrace has breathtaking views, and we were able to make delicious lemonade and pasta al limone with lemons from her garden! Filippo also gave us some great tips, like going to see the Caletta Sant'Elia 15 minutes away by car. A real and beautiful discovery! Thanks again!

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosting is exceptional and the property itself is clean, modern and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stayed much longer. The facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the sauna and pool if we were able to stay for more nights. The stay was full of nice little extras. Everything is very well thought through. Finally, the nearby town Caccamo was lovely and felt very local and authentic rather than touristic which we found appealing. This Airbnb would make a great base to come back to after full days of sightseeing.

Beautiful stay at Ilenia & Elio's Villa! Everything was perfect (friendly and very responsive landlord), exceptional site among lemon and olive trees, small cove accessible on foot in 10 minutes, shops 5 minutes by car (CONAD supermarket that I recommend), in short, a dream stay. We'll be back soon at Ilenia & Elio's!

Francesco has a great place to stay in a perfect location for trips into nature or just to enjoy the day on the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, even with dishwasher. This was very convenient for us because we cook a lot ourselves. We stayed there with our 5 month old daughter. It was perfect for them too. A crib and a high chair were provided. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Sicily. It was very relaxing!

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious—perfect even for larger groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or do their own thing. Loved the private parking, peaceful setting, and amazing views. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The little touches like beach towels and beach chairs really made it feel like home. Highly recommend and for sure we can't wait to come back!

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and the beautiful view you had. If you are looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend the accommodation, as it is quietly located and yet easily accessible by car. It is about a 20-minute walk to the sea, where you can't swim because of the stones, but you can watch a beautiful sunset. Right at check-in you could feel at home, as the apartment was very clean and includes everything necessary for living. Communication was also more than perfect, check-in and check-out worked great. She was always available for questions and responded very quickly.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

A little piece of heaven on the island! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We loved having the upstairs to rest and relax after a very busy vacation! Most places are within walking distance, and the downtown is a short jaunt away. The restaurants in Tripani are fantastic, the beaches are beautiful, and we love the pace of the city!
