It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Apartment in a very good location. Metro 4 and 13 a 10-minute walk away. The Studio is big enough for 1 person or a couple still very much in love😀. For parking, plan a little less than €25 per day for the car. All in all, I highly recommend it for a short trip to Paris without wanting to stay in the suburbs.

It’s a nice and beautiful studio for a small couple. We celebrated our son’s first birthday in Paris and this studio gives all the comfort.

Thank you for a great stay. My family and I felt very accommodated. Rani welcomed us and helped us bring up our luggage as the elevator was broken and had it fixed by the next day. He also was kind enough to bring us new batteries for the TV remote as they were running low. Great area, close to metro line 4, and close to supermarket with large variety. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Beds were also comfortable. Thank you!

New and nice place to stay.

Housing has exceeded our expectations. Everything was as described, the neighborhood was super quiet but the apartment very close to the RER B to reach the center of Paris in 15-20 minutes. Everything in the apartment was like new and there was plenty of useful equipment available (hair dryer, ironing table etc.. etc.) Rafael was super available to answer questions and the key handover and checkout are super simple. We have already booked the apartment for our next stay in Paris.

Benjamin is a thoughtful and attentive host. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, decorated with care and quality materials: you immediately feel very good there! The jacuzzi, sauna, terrace and good bedding are perfect for a nice evening :-)

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Had a great weekend at this Airbnb! The accommodation was perfect: very clean, it smelled good when we arrived and everything was well appointed. The apartment is really cozy, perfect for a small group of girlfriends. The residence is quiet, nice and secure, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. A real plus: parking for the car, super convenient! Audrey was lovely, very welcoming and available. Honestly, everything was great, I'd recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Amazing amazing amazing! Such a kind host and a wonderful living space. Even the couch was as comfortable as a bed! She was very considerate - provided a coffee bar, wifi, and even a polaroid camera for us to take photos. 100/10 would recommend. Please keep in mind that Paris and the surroundings are quite hot during the summer and there’s no air con or built in fan but she does have a fan that she offered for us to use.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. It was perfect. I felt like I was in my own home. I was on vacation in Zurich, Switzerland, for 2 weeks in a 5-star hotel. I decided to go on an adventure to see Paris for the first time, since I had 6 days left of my vacation at my company. A friend recommended this app to me and I went in and the first house I saw was Angie's. Being in that studio in Angie's house for me was like being in a 5-star hotel. Quiet, friendly. I had a problem with my cell phone and couldn't communicate and she helped me. I can only say good things about her. She welcomed me as if I were a very happy mother. I will repeat it

Nelly rents a beautiful and cozy apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean, neat and has plenty of room for two people! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious!
