What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

A very good weekend spent in this little house, quiet and very clean, really super nice, thank you to Nicolas and Anne Sophie who were very accommodating and pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

The stay was great and the location great for us as a family. As a family with 5 people, we would have appreciated an existing dishwasher. Otherwise, the accommodation was very well maintained, clean and not handed over with unnecessary decorative items. Having an existing washing machine, iron and a vacuum cleaner on site is great for a longer stay.

This was not our first time staying in Alexandra's apartment, which speaks for itself. An authentic Parisian apartment with stunning decoration and furnishings in a superb location.

This apartment is possibly the loveliest of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The look and feel of the place is bold and elegant, with design furniture and art on the walls. It looks at least as good as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the top-quality sauna and the beautiful terrace under the Parisian sky. The area is quite charming and peaceful, while offering easy access to the metro and many restaurants. A good Carrefour grocery shop is two blocks away. Also the building courtyard is idyllic, with flowers and plants as well as neighbors’ cats roaming about.

It has been great stay with everything as described. Location is very close to RER A station which makes it extremely convenient to visit Paris. Host is flexible for check in timings based on availability which helped us to check in early and freshen up.

Olivier is very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment impresses with its beautiful decor and perfect location. We would vacation here again any time.

This apartment helped make my Parisian dream stay a reality. I stayed with my 3 year old daughter, and it was perfect for us. It was our refuge after a busy day in the city, and it was equipped with all the basics- no one wants to stress about toilet paper and cooking oil while on holiday, and here, you don’t! I could not imagine a more charming place, and plan to try to book again whenever I return. Also, the location is fantastic and authentic. Great bakeries, awesome supermarket, amazing park nearby and so well connected to public transport. Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again.

Excellent accommodation for a larger group. We combined our stay with a weekend Disney Paris (only 15 minutes drive). House looks neat, decor is complete. Very quiet area, small street closed by a gate. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!
