Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bagnaia

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We had a wonderful time in Berith's vacation home! The house is not only beautiful, but also corresponds in every respect to the description in the ad – and maybe even more. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the large table, where we could have breakfast every morning in peace. Listening to the birds was the perfect start to the day for us. It was exactly the time out we needed. Thank you for everything!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside Marciana Marina. From there, you have a beautiful view of the sea and also the mountains. We got used to the steep, narrow street and also access to the parking lot quite quickly. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip, in addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and pause for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, ping pong. You can barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning, when you get up, you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of stores. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

Had a great 2-week stay! Umberto was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is very well equipped, which we have not always experienced in other vacation rentals. The highlight for us was the large balcony, where you could have a great meal or end the evening. You can only walk to the beach for a few minutes, we went there a few times. Otherwise, we often drove to other locations. Only small downside: There is no shop on site, the nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away. It wasn't bad for us, but if you don't like driving, then it may not be ideal. We had a great time and would definitely come back! Clear recommendation!

We had a very pleasant stay with Antonella as a couple. The apartment is pretty (see photos), well furnished and equipped. Everything worked out great. Since it was hot, we benefited from the air conditioning in all rooms. The balcony is large and well shaded by an extendable awning. We thought the location at the harbor was great, but (see description) there is always life on the alley until 11 pm, you have to know. Antonella lives in the same house and is easily accessible and helpful but not omnipresent, privacy is respected. We had to move very spontaneously from another place, she made it possible. Perfect stay! The house is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Porto Azzurro, which is a wonderful village. Equipped with everything, including a garden and a garage, a decidedly significant plus. Antonella was a very helpful host and always ready to answer any questions/needs. If we return to Elba, we will definitely see each other again. Recommended!

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a lovely independent apartment built from their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. Very convenient location for those with a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. An apartment in a place that is a gem in the mountains. Very nice and tidy house, even better than we expected! We found it cute and equipped with every comfort; Stefania and Luigi were immediately very helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a real pleasure staying with them! One aspect that can be advantageous or disadvantageous, depending on the type of vacation you have in mind, is the secluded nature of the place: it can be out of the way, but it pays off with breathtaking sunsets.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Spacious and cozy house. Hosts are courteous and helpful. The place is quiet but relatively far from the beach (which we have always reached by car, but without problems given the presence of free parking near the house). Overall a great experience. Recommended

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Cinque stelle! Everything was just right for us at Maria's place! The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped (really every little detail was thought of!) and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We particularly appreciated Maria's warm hospitality. She was always available and gave us great tips. We really enjoyed our vacation in San Vincenzo!

La Casa di Galileo is a gem in the historic center of Capoliveri, an enchanting village. The location of the house offers a glimpse between hills and sea with fiery sunsets and being secluded offers moments of absolute tranquility. It is tastefully furnished and with a special touch of originality, it also provides all the comforts for a peaceful vacation. Ingenious use of the tablet that reports information every day to experience the house and the island carefree. Christian is a kind and welcoming person, always present to resolve any issues and to give suggestions that make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
