A great cosy place right at the sea!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Very nice apartment equipped with everything and very convenient for getting around between the sea, the spas and the sites of historical and artistic interest. Street parking or in a designated area without any particular problems and nearby. All amenities very close for any need, including a supermarket. I felt at home, nothing was missing, and the host Anna was really fast and helpful and gave us very useful tips. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but I hope to return, if I can.

Scarlino already enchants with its sea view. If you then stay in this terraced apartment with an open view of the Gulf of Follonica and Elba, then you would never leave. Located at the beginning of the village with convenient parking just a stone's throw away, the accommodation is super organized and equipped. The objects are unique and the furnishings are functional. Cristian provided very clear check-in information before arrival and always responded promptly when (rarely) I needed it. Moreover, detailed instructions and tips for your stay are provided inside, making it almost unnecessary to ask questions. Fast and reliable WiFi. Perfect heating. In short, it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks and see you next time!

Chiara is a very kind and accommodating hostess. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within minutes walking distance. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, a large beautiful weekly market is also nearby and you can also get to the beach promenade very easily on a walk. On Sundays, there were also stalls set up. Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

Mara and Massimiliano are hosts as you could wish for. Very friendly, flexible, always ready for questions, give very good advice for exploring the area and good locations. We felt like at home (actually even better😃). The house is very cute and perfectly located. Walking to the city - no problem, bars and restaurants around the corner, beach right outside the front door and also a wonderful terrace with direct views of the sea. What more could you want?! The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Located in a strategic area, in the countryside with beautiful views but only 10 minutes from Follonica. The apartment is very nice and Sandra is very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

The bungalow is very functional and the campsite is really nice, quiet and with all the necessary services. Recommended especially for families with children!

We loved our stay! The property is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Andrea was very accommodating and responsive. We had one small issue and he was quick to respond and helped us get it resolved. The quality of the finishings in the space and the view make it the perfect peaceful retreat. Sabrina is a very kind, welcoming and always available host. She made us find the house well-stocked and clean. The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea and the central streets. Our dog also felt right at home Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Maria's apartment is simply gorgeous! We had a great time, it is cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need, the two bathrooms are spacious and really very nice, as well as the very functional, impeccable kitchen! The living room is also nice and bright, overlooking the large terrace that has a fantastic outdoor hot shower!! The rooms are large, the beds are really comfortable, in each room and in the living room there is a smart TV, the WiFi network is great, the air conditioning works perfectly, the house is quiet, peace reigns... what can we say more, we could never have asked for better! We were also pleasantly impressed by the beauty of the area, we were never in Bagnaia and it is a real gem of the Elbe, you can quickly reach all the most beautiful beaches on the island and there are plenty of services nearby. We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.
