A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

We spent a wonderful time in this appartement. There is even a little private terrace with garden to sunbathe and enjoy your meals outside. For our dog it was pure luxury. The appartement was squeaky clean and tastefully decorated. There’s even mosquito-nets on every window, so no need to worry about insects coming inside. Conny was super nice and helpful. It‘s the perfect spot for a beach vacation.🌴 We will definetly check if the appartement is available the next time we‘re in Elba.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

The accommodation is perfect for 2 people (bed 160 cm), a ceiling fan works quietly and much needed because there is no air conditioning. Large non-noisy fridge. The environment is beautiful, very pleasant pool despite the obligation to wear the bathing cap (not very pleasant in summer...). The restaurant bar of the residence is very nice and very pleasant. The pebble beach is easy to access and well equipped with beautiful sunset. We'll definitely be back!

Bagnaia is a small town, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the sea with a small child, the apartment is really a few steps from the sea! Francesca grew up there and in telling you about it you will find it engaging and it will transport you to her memories. Francesca's apartment is essential but with attention to the smallest details, with everything you need or could need: we also found salt, oil, detergents. Knowing we were traveling with a child in tow, in addition to the camping cot, Francesca provided us with books, towels for the child and then lent us the life preserver and even the perch to bathe the child in peace in the shower! Thanks Francesca, we will definitely come back to visit you to add memories!

We stayed at Casa Vaporina in early July. Casa Vaporina is equipped with all amenities, clean, tidy and fully reflects what is indicated in the listing. Excellent location right in the center of city life. The parking is not close to the house but easily reachable in a few minutes; however, it is possible to load/unload a few meters from the house. Francesco is an attentive and always available host. Recommended experience.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic views of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was also that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

When we arrived on the island, she immediately conquered our heart. Bruno was very friendly and provided us with various information in advance. The check-in was hassle-free and fast, the castle a real dream! It is an impressive building and a great joy to stay in it. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The kids and we felt right at home. The pool and also the tennis court are well cared for and a highlight to the already exceptional accommodation. The direct location by the sea completes everything perfectly. The beach and water are beautiful and simply magnificent. Also a nice bar, where the program always takes place in the evening, is in walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Maria Rita was kind, helpful, and thoughtful. The apartment is in a great location for those who love tranquility and at the same time convenient to reach busiest centers (about 20 minutes by car from the main ones). It's small but functional. The large terrace overlooking the sea and the green reliefs gives you the peace and tranquility you want on vacation. Licia is a host, available and responds promptly to questions. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, except for linens. What increases the value, however, is the terrace overlooking the bay, which offers a good morning and a good evening at sunset. Fill your heart.

Cecilia is a great host, kind and very available for any need. The villa is spectacular, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. There is a location that allows you to easily reach the beach and the center of Marina di Campo. Theapartment we stayed in is very well cared for, refined in the details of the furniture, clean and functional. The host also provided us with bicycles. Everything was perfect and we hope to be back soon.

Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness.
