Meetup wants to be a meeting point for its guests from all over the world, connoisseurs of art and culture on its private terrace with a view and within a historic setting of a 17th century building.

Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Villa Pomelia. A terrace overlooking the sea!

4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room with sea view. The villa, characterized by large terraces overlooking the sea, is semi-detached and divided into two floors, completely independent of each other, beyond the garden with access to the sea and the entrance square. The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
