Near the central station of Bagheria about 1.2 km from Aspra beach, the state road is 100 meters away to be able to go both to the neighborhood of the other beaches such as Santa Flia,Porticello and about 12 km from Palermo and about 50 km from Cefalu .

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
