Vacation rentals with a patio in Badia de Xàbia

It's a quiet, sweet, and beautiful house. I admired the cleanly maintained outdoor pool. The fact that the beautiful kitchen, where barbecues are also possible, is only outdoors is an advantage if you adapt. The energy from the mountain was especially great. I feel like I had a good rest.

I've been traveling for months and have stayed in over 20 places. Maciej's place is on the top of the list for sure!! It's comfortable with a greatttt mattress, big bed, huge terrace, nice sofa, big Smart TV, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous view of Montgo from all rooms and the terrace. Walking distance to the Marina with restaurants, Paseo, beach, town. 2 minutes drive to Lidl and another grocery. I walked around with my little dog at all hours. It's very quiet out, literally hearing crickets 😅 I would come back to the condo anytime!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

The place is really quiet. Everything was perfect. Keny is very kind. For us, it was ideal to travel with our pet. A 10.

Exactly what we needed, liked it so much were already looking at next visit.

Wendy gave us totally personalized attention from the moment we made the reservation. He managed with the owners to bring us a small dog when it was not initially allowed. We had a small problem with the drain and she came with her husband on a Saturday and we can fix it for you. We will definitely be reaching out to her next year to find a vacation rental.

This is my second solo trip, and I'm so happy I chose the stay at Gerrie's place. Great place with beautiful surroundings, and there was always help to pick up if you were in doubt. I'm planning to extend my stay, and got a room right next to the pool with a view of the mountains. Thank you for a great holiday and I will definitely be back!!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

My family, friends, and I had a fantastic stay! The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Host was kind, nice, and available. Easy access to so many things! Loved my stay and I truly hope to come back in the future.

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is sparkling clean and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) played wonderfully in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!) and by car you can be in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and have a nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several lovely places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Property as described. In particular I would call out how well-stocked it was. All of the basics you could ever think of.. water dispenser, pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, board games etc. would recommend.

Amazing villa, fully meeting the expectations as advertised on AirBnb. The villa is nicely styled, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and everything is of good quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and always quickly responding to questions. We definitely consider returning one day.

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. Thank you Gonzalo and Marta for your kindness and attention at all times. We would be back without thinking!

We spent 14 days in Iris' apartment. Everything was wonderful from A to Z. Iris is an extremely warm and friendly woman. On arrival: We were allowed to check in a little earlier and Iris greeted us with flowers. That was very nice. In the kitchen, Iris provided us with water, which is also very thoughtful. The apartment is located in a well-kept garden with pool. The surroundings are very quiet, the neighbors are all very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everything you need to live is there. Iris even provided us with a milk frother :-) We walked a lot from the apartment to the sea, it is about 15 minutes. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment! Thank you, Iris!

Very lovely place, nice and quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time!

The place was perfect and just as described. The rooftop terrace was excellent with the marina one side and the courtyard with bars and restaurants the other. We’ll definitely be back!
