Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

This newly renovated two-floor bungalow features 3 bedrooms (2 singles in Room 1, king bed in Room 2, & bunk bed in Room 3) & 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy an indoor area with wood-beamed ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. The enclosed terrace offers a chill-out zone, dining table, gas barbecue, and access to a community pool with summer slides.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
