The location is excellent and the penthouse is wonderful, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We really liked it, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

We just got home from a 3 night fantastic stay here. Location is great- very central and 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was clean and beds super comfy. Great view of the marina from the balcony too. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Patrick was the best host I've ever had! Although due to the traffic we arrived quite late, he was understanding and had wide availability to give us the keys. He himself showed us the whole place and explained how the air conditioning worked, the garage... The accommodation has a lot of potential for a long stay: two terraces, barbecue, washing machine, ... The location is very good, close to a pharmacy, a Mercadona and very close to the promenade on foot and well connected by road. Unbeatable experience!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. The place is just like the pictures. It's located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it's a perfect place if you're looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time, he recommended a lot of places and was very helpful. In short, it is a place to stay that I would definitely recommend to all those looking for a quiet vacation but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet.
