Very good apartment, comfortable and very good host!

we stayed in Teresa's apartment for a week,are delighted it was everything in the apartment of toothbrush, toothpaste,hairdryer toilet paper ,iron a great coffee maker,we felt comfortable. even with the return flight Teresa helped us. Marie who gave us the keys was a nice lady. we say thank you so much we will definitely be back.👍👍❤️

Beautiful appartment, all things are brand new, loved the view, the location which is not far from the beach, has a supermarket nearby and has a good bus connection. We used also the indoor and outdoor pool a lot and the basketball playground with my daughter. Laura, the host, was very helpful in all we needed.

We had a lovely time. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything is thought out in every detail, it feels like home. It was very clean, the host was available and very nice. We would recommend this listing!

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

A lovely clean place within walking distance of a really nice beach…all the amenities were there plus a pool that we could relax in. The underground parking was a plus too!

Giulia is an amazing host to communicate with. She has been very helpful with all informations. Apartment itself, absolute treat!! Has everything you can dream of when visit Benidorm! Pool, gym, tennis court and even sauna available every day!! Apartment lovely decorated, very clean and spacious. Wonderful terrace with great view on Benidorm beach which is literally 5 min walk from the place. Thank you Giulia for an amazing stay, it's been unforgettable experience. See you next time!

Excellent welcome from Vicente. Impeccable apartment with everything you need (shower gel, dish soap, aluminum paper, toilet paper,...: we didn't have to buy anything). A bottle of fresh wine was waiting for us. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality. In short, a place to recommend unreservedly.

Very clean and modern interior. 2 minute foitwalk to the sea. Restaurants, shops in close distance. Clean and nice pool :-) Highly recommened pkace to stay and enjoy Benidorm !!

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The host and her son are very friendly and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, a 10-minute walk and a very quiet area. The development is a 10, with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.

Bert's apartment is perfect, my partner and I stayed to rest, the urbanization is very quiet, has very good views, very comfortable furniture, and the apartment is fully equipped, from table toys to incredible binoculars with which we saw the sea and the mountains perfectly. The only bad spots that would put it are, the shortage of shops nearby and the distance to the center. Something that we both agreed, is that in person the apartment is much better than in the photos, and we hope to return soon!

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

The apartment offers much more than what is needed for a great stay. The owner had several very appreciable touches upon arrival. Everything is impeccably clean, and the view of the pool adds an extra touch of charm. I would highly recommend it!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

We have been coming to Moraira for many years. Such a lovely place. This apartment and complex is about 10 minutes from the town so a car is a necessity but the apartment has a private car parking space. The pool and outside areas are well maintained as is the apartment. Everything you need for a base for your holiday.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous views, nice quiet location

I recommend staying at this place. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The grounds are luxurious, paddle court, outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car, all attractions and the beach are 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping center and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

We had a fantastic week at Yan's place. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was very clean and new. The urbanization is spectacular. Near Del Torres beach and several trails down the cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thanks Yan!!! You are a super host!!!

We had a great holiday in Nelson and Daniela's villa from April 25th to May 3rd. What an incredibly sweet and hospitable owners! From the first moment we felt welcome. The villa was super clean and really equipped with all the comforts. In addition to the lovely swimming pool, we could also use a private gym, sauna, table tennis and even a dart game, ideal for both relaxation and fun. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. As an extra sweet surprise, we also got fresh oranges from their own tree, such a sweet and warm gesture! A perfect place to relax and have fun. We enjoyed it immensely and would definitely like to come back! Thank you dear Nelson & Daniela!

Very nice and large house, perfectly equipped for a great family stay. We were hosted very well and found everything on site to be comfortable as soon as we arrived. Tuomas, Federico and Giulia were very responsive and always available to help us throughout the stay. Fluid and enjoyable communication. I would highly recommend this rental!

Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair.
