Super location in a vibrant part of town. Easy to get there, and a nice and practical appartement.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Wow, wir waren leider nur für eine Messe vor Ort und haben nichts von dem was die Wohnung hat nutzen können. Check-in problemlos durch Schlüsselbox. Tolle Küche komplett ausgestattet (leider hat meine Mokka-Kanne nicht funktioniert / Induktion) , gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit riesen Fernseher, jede Menge Platz. Die bequemen Betten (nicht zu weich + nicht zu hart) in den beiden Schlafzimmern, den Balkon und die offene Dusche haben wir dann doch genutzt. Die Lage ist toll - im grünen, sehr ruhig und doch sehr nahe zum Brauhaus :-) Sonja - danke für diese Empfehlung - wir waren jeden Tag da - und den Rest vom Kaiserschmarrn habe ich mitgenommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder - Absolute Empfehlung.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Christa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat alles, was man benötigt, einen schönen Garten und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge vom Wohnzimmer aus. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken und man kann auch direkt vom Hof aus loswandern. Christa und ihre Familie sind wirklich kinderfreundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag zu Gast bei Petra und ihrem Mann und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln sofort erfüllt. Das kleine Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war für uns ausreichend, sehr sauber und über den separaten Eingang, Treppe erreichbar. Die Lage ist genial, besser könnte es nicht sein, ein Biergarten am See, was will man mehr. Die Brotzeiten und der leckere Kuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible and close to nice hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful view of the mountains. The communication was very good, quick and easy. Nora was very friendly and flexible with times for check-in and check-out. We very much appreciated the pick-up service from the train station. On our last day we got a treat on the house from Nora and her husband at their ice cream parlour in town. Thanks, Nora and Michele! We hope to be back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten Wandern. Da gibt es in der Gegend viele schöne Wanderwege. Calimoto hat da geholfen. Fußläufig ist eine gute Wirtschaft in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben auch gerne einmal die Sauna im Garten genutzt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und bringen unsere Fahrräder mit. Abends konnten wir an dem großen Esstisch auch Spiele machen. An dem großen Fernseher konnten wir den letzten Spieltag der Bundesliga verfolgen. Dunja hat auf Anfrage Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich. Grüße Johannes

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre. Modern und neu. Alles blitzsauber und gut nutzbar. Top Service und super erreichbar. Super Lage und super hell. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche und ein super funktionierender Gasgrill.

we hebben genoten van het fijne huisje. Alles was compleet in een fijne omgeving. Het stadje aan het water en het dorp met alle leuke tuintjes en winkeltjes was erg leuk. Daarnaast kan je heerlijk in de bergen wandelen vanaf het dorp en met de bus kan je bijvoorbeeld naar de Wallbergbahn, waar je met de kabelbaan naar 1700 meter kan gaan.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber, sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und eine gute Lage. Anna ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für diese schöne Wohnung entscheiden.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet haben. Mitten im Zentrum von Murnau, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußweite. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Natur. Die S-Bahn fährt am Grundstück vorbei, war aber kaum zu hören.

Heerlijk appartement met uitzicht op Neuschwanstein en reeen in hetvgrasveld. Goed uitvalsbasis voor bezienswaardigheden en wandelingen door de heuvels

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei dieser Unterkunft! Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Umgebung ist ganz schön und da gibt's viel zu erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist nur in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Ich würde auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!!

Die Wohnung von Franziska war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch mit einigen Extras versehen die sonst nicht üblich sind. Zum Beispiel: Kaffeekapseln, viele Handtücher, Bodylotion,… ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die tolle Terrasse, die bei gutem Wetter natürlich mega war. Franziska ist sehr nett und herzlich. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Sehr gerne wieder! 🤗

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back
