It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

On 35 square meters there is a small bedroom (optionally 90 × 200 or 2 × 90 × 200), a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm). Always happy to answer questions about the city and its surroundings.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

Spent a wonderful week at Martina's. The apartment is in a very quiet side street, about 10 min (walking) from the Brauneck Bergstadion, is very clean and lovingly furnished with everything you need. Vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, kettle, etc. all available. Had the apartment on the ground floor, it even had a small garden with sun loungers. So everything was perfect and we will be happy to come back.
