Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is divided into two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily take trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our property. Whether you come for work, a private visit, on vacation or just for a stopover, you will be won over by our accommodation and you can rest there. Recent wood frame house of 80 m2, with terrace and a small garden entirely reserved for the use of my tenants.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level. It's surrounded by forest and meadows. You will enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and far away from the noisiness of citys.
