Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Notre yourte est située au cœur du village de PETIT-LANDAU (F), dans le sud de l'Alsace, au carrefour des frontières Suisse et Allemagne. Aménagée au fond d'un jardin, la YOURTE comporte 4 couchages. TOUT CONFORT. A 3 mètres, une annexe avec CUISINE toute équipée et une SALLE D'EAU attenante avec WC(équipement PMR) neufs. Due to the complete core renovation in 2022, the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the living area (+ new sofa bed). Next to it is the large bedroom, in which there is a double bed + single bed. The hallway leads to the large kitchen area, the single room, as well as the large modern bathroom. Tetto Piccolo, the small roof (own apartment)

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator.
