Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Many destinations can be reached by public transport with their guest card free of charge. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Just 2 km away is Lake Thumsee, one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in the Berchtesgadener Land.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is at your disposal. There is space in the garage for your bicycles. The Rupertus spa can be reached in just a 4-minute walk, and the city center in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before the official check-in or after the check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.

Apartment is fully equipped. It is on the ground floor has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each bedroom flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. The city center of Salzburg is about 15 km away, Salzburg Airport 8 km, Berchtesgaden 18 km, Bad Reichenhall 3 km.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11 km): Dream apartment 6 people

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and captivates with modern or old art (originals). Most rooms have 60-year-old, revitalised parquet floors, including the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group) as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please take care of the parquet floors in the bathroom!: =)

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. Only 25 min. by bus separate you from the city. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT! We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.
