Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is at your disposal. There is space in the garage for your bicycles. The Rupertus spa can be reached in just a 4-minute walk, and the city center in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before the official check-in or after the check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.

It is on the ground floor has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each bedroom flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. The city center of Salzburg is about 15 km away, Salzburg Airport 8 km, Berchtesgaden 18 km, Bad Reichenhall 3 km.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11 km): Dream apartment 6 people

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and captivates with modern or old art (originals). Most rooms have 60-year-old, revitalised parquet floors, including the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group) as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please take care of the parquet floors in the bathroom!: =)

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
