Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnen und Grillen ein. Das Parken im öffentlichem Parkhaus (200 m) ist kostenlos. Fahrräder stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Joggen und Spaziergang starten direkt an der Haustür am Travewanderweg. Die Innenstadt liegt um die Ecke.
