The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Spacious, bright apartment centrally located in Sonthofen - 2 rooms on 67 m² in the attic with balcony, high-quality amenities and free Underground parking. Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light) there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
