Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Here you can expect a stay full of peace, relaxation or action in the heart of the Bavarian Forest! The holiday apartment is located on a mountain at the edge of the forest in the three-country corner town of Freyung, right in the middle of a ski, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by hiking trails, trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks. The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The comfort holiday apartment is located in the vacation village Hauzenberg. The 60 m² cozy accommodation consists of a living room with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV. Your private outdoor area has a balcony with table and chairs where you can relax, read a book, dine al fresco and admire the stunning views.
