The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a bedroom with 3 beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, 2 balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
