Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located on an organic farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3.10 per person/day aged 16 and over.

Welcome to Rauchenbichl Castle in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.

The central hallway connects the living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a small study with a pull-out sofa bed. The living room leads to the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. A fireplace in the living room ensures cozy evenings. A small front garden with dining set invites you to relax.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 

Charming old building apartment

The place is built in 1930 at the first floor of an old stock. The apartment, which was generally renovated in 2016, has its own entrance. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the veranda with a view of the mountain and morning sun. The back garden invites you to relax in the afternoon.
