The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the four-star Vitalhotel in the pleasant mountain town of Gosau, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Alps - in the Salt Chamber (Salzkammergut). Our 50m2 apartment, available 3+kk for up to 5 people, has everything you need for a satisfying stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Our spacious 2nd floor apartment is just 1 km from lift access to the beautiful Dachstein West ski resort and its 140km of slopes and cross country trails. Guests have access to all amenities within the Vital Hotel Gosau, including spa and leisure facilities, bar and restaurant as well as the free ski bus. Ideal base to explore the famous Salzkammergut (lake district) region and its unique attractions, including world heritage site, Hallstatt.
