There are meadows and mountains at the house and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner.

Power source on Lake Attersee

The hotel is located in the middle of a 13,000 m² park directly on the west bank of Lake Attersee. More than 100 years ago, the house served as a residential building for the world-famous imperial envoy and researcher Eugen Freiherr von Ransonnet-Villez, who planted the park with exotic plants and now impressive trees. In 2002, the Ransonnet villa underwent a thorough restoration.
