Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Unsere Waterfall View Suite verfügt auf 49 m² über einen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Designer-Küche & einem separaten Schlafzimmer, wodurch bis zu 4 Personen komfortabel schlafen können. Im 1895 erbauten Belle-Époque-Haus genießt ihr direkt im historischen Stadtzentrum von Bad Gastein einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Tal und den berühmten Wasserfall. Als Ausgangspunkt der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade lädt unser hauseigenes Café/Weinbar mit einer tollen Sonnen-Terrasse zu erlesenen Getränken ein.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Small but mighty! - The Studio Alpin is perfect for 2-3 people. Completely renovated in December 2022, we have given this apartment in the basement a feel-good character with rustic wooden elements and stone tiles and redecorated it with attention to detail. Spend cozy nights in this bright, cozy apartment and enjoy your breakfast with an impressive mountain view.
