Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Feilnbach

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only there for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the countryside, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. We'll happily come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

A beautiful, quiet place to unwind! The place was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped (especially the selection of snacks, toothbrush, additional coffee pads that you can take for money is positive to mention). The rural surroundings are fantastic – ideal for relaxing. The contact was warm and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hartmut’s place. A beautiful character restored barn, very large and well laid out with lots of space. A lovely location in easy walking distance to Lake Simssee, very private and peaceful. Immaculately clean and tidy, and Hartmut was an excellent and responsive host, highly recommended.

A great home to stay, feels like home.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, definitely a 1000/10 recommend!!! Markus is the sweetest person ever and you definitely feel at home. He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good and worth recommending.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town on the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can hike in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Beautiful basement apartment in a quiet and safe environment. Excellent kitchen equipment. Very good communication with the landlord. I'd love to come back.

Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Absolutely suitable for our needs - absolute recommendation 👌🏼

I needed a short-term accommodation in Agatharied and came across Dagmar's apartment and can only recommend it. The apartment is idyllically located, very cozy and welcoming. Communication was completely straightforward and fast. Dagmar is a very nice and likeable hostess. I felt very comfortable. Thanks for the relaxing time.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The apartment/house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time at this place! Everything worked out very well. The surroundings are beautiful and there's plenty to explore. The train station is only 5 minutes' walking distance! I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
