Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen und hatten die ganze Zeit über eine richtig netten Kontkt mit Karin und ihrem Mann. Die Wohnung war top und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, man kann richtig schöne Ausflüge, zu Fuß oder mit Öffis oder Auto unternehmen und danach auf dem Balkon den tollen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Der Erholungseffekt stellt sich so schnell ein, dass man prima abschalten kann. Vielen Dank hierfür!!!

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Christas Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist super ausgestattet. In der Nähe gab es einige Tiere bspw. Pferde und Kühe und vor dem Haus selbst, gibt es auch einen sehr lieben Hund. Es gab eine tolle Runde die nicht zu kurz/nicht zu lang für einen Spaziergang war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

Awesome, clean and beautiful place to stay. Christoph is always responsive, he met us at check-in, it was really smooth. I requested for sofa to be setup beforehand, and it is exactly what happened. Nice flowers, chocolate candies, cookied as well as beers in the fridge. The garage carpark with lift is just great. The washing machine was also helpful for our laundry. My wife mentioned it was just simply “perfect”. Thanks again for hosting us, and offer to give extended late check out, we really appreciated 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

Eine wunderschöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung; ideale Größe für zwei Personen. Gepflegt und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Traumhafte Ausblicke aus alles Fenstern. Das Schlafzimmer liegt sehr ruhig nach hinten raus, mit kleinem Balkon. Das freundlich-helle Wohnzimmer zeigt, wie gemalt, auf den See. Ein Mini-Manko ist die Straße, die zwar nur einspurig ist, aber für empfindliche Ohren, die gar keinen Lärm gewöhnt sind, erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig sein könnte - insbesondere wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufhält. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es allerdings kaum wahrnehmbar und der Blick auf den See, der sich in den schönsten Facetten bis zum Sonnenuntergang zeigt, lässt die Autos schnell vergessen. Alles in allem, eine fantastische Lage, mit traumhaften Spazierwegen etc., direkt vor der Haustür, herzlichste Vermieter und totale Privatsphäre, zum Genießen und Erholen. Echte Tegernsee-Idylle!

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt, mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist super: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch tolle Ausflugsziele wie der Tegernsee, der Kochelsee oder der Walchensee sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in super Lage. Kommunikation mit Alice war super angenehm und unkompliziert. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt (im Gegenteil: Viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind bereits vorhanden) und der Ausblick aus dem Garten ist atemberaubend. Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar-Wanderung nach Scharnitz, Lautersee... - alle können direkt von der Unterkunft gestartet werden). Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen oder Innsbruck fußläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne!
