Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Aibling

We had a very good and comfortable stay at Simon’s place. The house exceeded our expectations — it was even better than described in the listing. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. Thank you, Simon, for a great stay!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only there for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the countryside, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. We'll happily come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the vacation, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Baker, butcher and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easily accessible and were there to help. Her friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back!

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hartmut’s place. A beautiful character restored barn, very large and well laid out with lots of space. A lovely location in easy walking distance to Lake Simssee, very private and peaceful. Immaculately clean and tidy, and Hartmut was an excellent and responsive host, highly recommended.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good and worth recommending.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Thank you very much, Simon and Sabrina.

The apartment is very lovely and we felt very comfortable there. Anja and Götz are very friendly and helpful. We liked the surroundings of the apartment very much, it is very varied and there are several cities and towns nearby that are worth looking at. We would rent the apartment again and again.

Great place to stay highly recommend

The place is highly recommended! Everything is well-maintained and clean and you have your privacy when using the sauna or hot tub. Christof gave us a local recommendation & was absolutely right. The food was super delicious! Everything went great and we'll definitely be back :)

Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The apartment/house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with was excellent from the beginning – very friendly, quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back anytime.

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Great space, wonderful host, great communication. There are only positive things to say about the stay. We are definitely coming.
