Stunning, refurbished modern one bedroom flat with a bright open plan living room. Bus stop in front of the building (the flat is tucked away at the other side). Direct buses will take you to the city centre in less than 15 mins, Haymarket train station under 10 mins. Parking options available (details below). Convenience store a few blocks away. Fountain Park nearby (cinema, Genting Casino, gym, Tenpin bowling alley, Gravity Trampoline Park and an excellent range of restaurants, bars and pubs).

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

****Edinburgh council have added a visitor tax as of July 2026 so I will need to increase my nightly fee to account for this! Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.
