Everything was easy, comfortable, and convenient.

This was a great stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the place itself is very cozy with nice decor. The host communicated very well throughout the entire stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only small downside is that there are quite a few small decorative items placed around, which might be a bit tricky for someone like me who’s a bit clumsy - easy to accidentally knock something over. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

We decided to stay here because of the photos (very beautiful and hilarious!) and the location is perfect. The house is very comfy, cozy, and just as expected (except we couldn't find the dinosaur costume.... womp womp). The patio is an awesome place to relax. We liked that there is a dedicated workspace so we could work remotely during our stay. Everything we needed was provided and the shower products are high quality. The host is amazingly friendly and quick to respond. Overall, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay. 5/5 would stay here again! Thank you!

LOVED Sarah’s place! Highly recommend! Super private, safe, and peaceful neighborhood! Pretty central as well, and one of the nicest airbnb’s in the market for Orlando by far! Sarah was super responsive and well-communicative and very proactive!!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! First time in Orlando. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We where in Orlando to go to my granddaughters graduation & this home just made it a perfect vacation - so comfortable - & clean & the pool & outside area was amazing !!

Everything was organized and clean the place was beautiful .

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

Nice home in a private and quiet neighborhood. Interior and decorations are selected with love and good style. Nice outside area with pool, BBQ and several outdoor seating options. The owner is super friendly and proactive. We really enjoyed our stay and can warmly recommend the home.

This is the kind of place that exceeds our expectations. Much more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Hill House is definitely the right place for you if you are looking for a few days of peace and tranquility. We chose this house to celebrate our wedding and it was definitely the best choice! We are counting down the days until we return to this magical place!

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

We loved this place! Pretty much anything you might need is in this guest suite. Dimayra was also an amazing host, she was very friendly and always provided clear instructions. We would definitely come back here again in the future :)

If you have a pet this place is absolutely adorable! Very welcoming, also has a cozy home feel, you definitely can bring your kids and feel right at home. The back yard is super thought out with lighting, seating & the fence! Highly recommend, the beds, bathroom, tvs, kitchen were all everything you would need to stay comfortably. My noted favorite when booking was central A/C because it gets hot in Florida. Very clean & even provided extra cloths, towels, & blankets! I applaud Fidel for keeping the place tip top for his guests! I would love to stay again.

Adriana’s place was wonderful for me and my girlfriend. Check in was very easy and Adriana gave us good instructions on how to get in and where to go. We had great amenities, and we were sure to use the kitchen to cook. The place was close to Walmart and several restaurants as well.

This is a great location! Everything you could need and more is around the beautiful area. The house is sooo clean! You never know about an older home regarding the smell and this house smells GREAT! Great stay for a small group. The backyard is wonderful and I got to enjoy catching some rays while there.
