Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Located in a safe area, 3 min walk to bus 15. This cabin is 8x10 ft and has a twin bed, a bench, a desk/table, Roku TV, window A/C and space heather. The ceiling is not really high and the bed is regular size. Really tall people might not be too comfortable. The kitchen is on the nearby patio. The outdoor shower and the bathroom are nearby. They are NOT inside the cabin and are SHARED with others. This cabin is mostly enjoyed by outdoor lovers. Free street parking for one car.

Comfortable room close to everything

David and Kelly are amazing people and hosts! I appreciated David taking a moment away from work to introduce himself when I arrived around 4pm. I had a little trouble with the gates; but if you follow David's detailed instructions, then you should be fine. You have to go up one outside flight of stairs to enter, and I did not see an elevator. Their home is cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood grounds is well-kept and the pond/lake is beautiful too. Grocery store, restaurants, and shopping are within a 15 minute walk. I was disappointed the pool area recently closed temporarily. Hopefully the neighborhood will get it opened back up soon. Everything else was top-notch. FYI- if you're unfamiliar with Florida, there are a lot of little lizards around. They seem harmless; it just caught me off-guard.

Close to downtown Orlando, but nestled in a historic neighborhood. Charming home that had large comfy bed and plenty of AC for an older house. Well designed room. The hosts have great communication skills and were able to accommodate me quickly after a flight was cancelled. Grateful for their quick response!

Comfy bed and quiet home for a great time of much need rest. All shower essentials where provided. The place was a close walk to the grocery store and bus line. There are designated places to put your things in the fridge and outside and use of kitchen cup, plates, etc. Jamie was caring in her reaching out and responses and her place is a artsy and filled with unique touches. I would definitely stay again.

The exterior of the guest room is illuminated at night, showcasing a stone feature wall accented by strategically placed lighting. A series of stepping stones leads to the entrance, while potted plants add a touch of greenery to the landscaped area.

Second Review: I was great last time but even better this time! The added furniture was much needed and fit perfectly. That shows how much the host cares about her place!

Great stay here! Alcira was very accommodating and happy to help me with any requests. I love the neighborhood, as it's within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and lovely neighborhoods to jog in nearby. The room feels like your own suite, including a couch, mini fridge and full bathroom. Comfortable bed as well, which is always such a relief!
