Vacation rentals with a patio in Azalea Park

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

Juan was very responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. The location was perfect as it was central to the activities, restaurants, and bars we had in our itinerary. I would stay at Juan's home again!

Can’t recommend Koda’s place enough. As a business traveler, I frequent hotels and Airbnb’s often. This place may have been my best stay overall. The listing ACCURATELY describes everything, which is a major plus. It’s quiet and in a nice gated golf-course community and you have everything you need inside. Will be a go-to place anytime I’m in Orlando.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. The house was perfect for my stay in Orlando. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and outlets. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a couple or two girlfriends staying together. Check-in was easy, and the instructions were also great. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, easy access to UCF for our Granddaughters graduation. The home is fully appointed with everything needed and beautifully decorated…truly a delightful stay.

We had a great stay! There were instructions all around on how to work things, where lights were, etc. we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub! very good stay!

From the very beginning, Ronald was communicative and positive, full of information and willing to answer all questions. His pictures of the inside and outside were lovely and exactly how the unit was when we arrived. He communicated to let us know that we could get in earlier than the check in time. The inside was spotless, clean, smelled nice, and was just perfect. I had a few guests over to celebrate my son’s graduation, and there was plenty of parking and plenty of room inside. When we left, we accidentally left a camera an item and Ronald let us know immediately so that someone could go back over to retrieve the item. I sincerely cannot imagine a better Airbnb experience. And I would stay in this unit again without question. Thank you so much, Ronald, for making it such a happy weekend!

May’s place was great! Very clean and worked well for all of us. Things were provided and were ready for us when we got there! it was wonderful and relaxing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.
