No more than 2 Please note- we can sleep 6, but the cottage probably best suits either 4 people or 4 adults and 2 children 4 Home Farm South is a pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on the private Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis. There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The Studio, Kilmington

Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

A fabulous rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane fab hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Spacious self-contained three bed cottage with bright and airy sleeping and living spaces attached as a wing of our 16th century listed house. You will have your own private garden, set in 30 acres of mature gardens, parkland and woodland. Spectacular walks and coast nearby, with River Cottage in the town and pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The Jurassic coast including Charmouth and Lyme Regis beach is a 15/20 mins drive away. The Village is very peaceful as is the cottage There is a dedicated parking space directly outside

Little Firs is situated within the grounds of The Firs, which is set in 5 acres of woodland, gardens and Orchard offering peace and quietude, it has superb far reaching country views. Little Firs is located on the fringes of a beautiful village of Kilmington in East Devon on the border of Dorest. The hut has been built and individually designed by ourselves.
