The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. The house, 4 miles from Lyme Regis, is light, clean, spacious & comfortable, w/ central heating, 2 wood-stoves & a lovely eat-in kitchen. We have an airy new double bed ensuite studio which can be rented for xtra £75 per night - still 8 guests max. 1 pet only. High season, generally 7 days minimum booking, change over day Friday.
