Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

Just a 5-10 minute walk from the village center of Axams, shops and bus stops, this apartment is not in the way of your vacation with plenty of storage space for skis or bicycles. Axams offers a perfect location with both great access to Innsbruck, 9 km away (bus ride 25 min), as well as the ski and hiking area Axamer Lizum for active vacationers.

The stylishly furnished Accommodation is ideal for 2 people, such as those seeking peace and nature lovers. A separate kitchen allows for independent cooking. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be easily reached by ski bus or a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" 12 minutes away. Parking on request. Tourist tax per person/night is €3.
