Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

Just a 5-10 minute walk from the village center of Axams, shops and bus stops, this apartment is not in the way of your vacation with plenty of storage space for skis or bicycles. With private parking & fully equipped kitchen. With a perfect location, Axams asks both great connections to Innsbruck 9 km away (bus ride 25 minutes), as well as the Axamer Lizum ski and hiking area for active vacationers.

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has fulfilled all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

Daniela is a lovely person, so sweet and caring! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her place is spotless and very comfortable. Her kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked all our meals there. The views from her home are absolutely spectacular and I could have spent all day just staring outside. Daniela’s home is close to everything and we enjoyed touring all of Innsbruck and also visited Krimml falls without any trouble. Highly recommend Daniela’s home to all those visiting Innsbruck area. She is a great host and we would love to be her guest again in the future!

Beautiful accommodation with top hosts in the mountains We had a great stay at Nico's apartment in Axams! The place is very clean, modern and well equipped. The location is fantastic: quiet and with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, but still easily accessible and close to Innsbruck. Nico is a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in was straightforward, and he was always available for questions or tips about the area. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the apartment!

The apartment is very well equipped. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. The food in the restaurant downstairs is very tasty. The menu for New Year's Eve is definitely recommended in this restaurant. The landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.
